Food is lovely and cheaper then other dessert places but service is very slow and a bit unorganised. Visited with my partner a d 5 year old which he received and finished his before me and my partner even got our desserts. Then waited an extra half an hour for our coffees to which we had then finished our desserts. Lovely place but need more staff and time management skills.

Absolutely amazing experience. I was unwell so my Husband and daughter ventured here. It is so much better than the leading dessert places. The service is wonderful. Cannot praise these guys highly enough. We live locally so this is definitely our new favourite treat place. My husband loved the banana split, my daughter loved her strawberry and chocolate crepe and for me they brought home the absolutely divine carrot cake. Well done guys - you have remembered what true customer service is all about!!

Went to Creamistry on Sunday afternoon with a couple of friends and kiddies in tow. The gent behind the counter was very friendly, and was attentive to our needs. The sundaes were plentiful in size, yet my daughter managed to finish her strawberry and bubblegum ice cream sundae much to my surprise due to the very generous size of it. I had a milkshake made of Reeces Pieces icecream that was great. My partner enjoyed a piece of Latta cake, with a small scoop of ice cream to accompany it, washed down with a latte. Again, the gent serving us asked if all was well and came out from behind the counter to chat with us for a couple of moments.Great choice of gelato, or you can have any number of chocolate bars made into a milkshake. Also sell waffles and crepes,  and seeing the size of a friend's crepe with ice cream, again the portions are plentiful.Would recommend to all, and I think my daughter's expression in the attached photo sums up how happy she was with her dessert.
