    • 2.2 “Member” and “Members”, refers to the person who can claim discount though our platform.
    • 2.3 “Partner” and “Partners”, refers to the business who agrees to provide discount to the members.
    • 2.4 “User”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person log in this platform.
    • 2.5 “Membership” and “Digital Membership”, refers to the ability to claim discount being a member.
    • 2.6 “Foodclub”, Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company “Foodclub UK Limited”, company registration number: 11981622.

Neither we nor any third parties afford any warranty or guarantee as to the correctness, timeliness, performance, completeness or appropriateness of the information and materials found or offered on this platform for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we particularly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

  4. Your use of any information or materials on this platform is fully at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this platform meet your specific necessities.

  5. In course of time this platform may also include links to other websites. These links are given for your convenience to provide further information. They do not signify that we endorse the website(s). We have no accountability for the content of the linked website(s).

  6. Unless otherwise stated, Foodclub own the intellectual property rights for all material on company name. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from www.foodclubuk.com for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions. You must not:

    • 6.2 Rearrange content from www.foodclubuk.com
    • 6.3 Republish material from www.foodclubuk.com
    • 6.4 Sell, rent or sub-license material from www.foodclubuk.com

  7. Foodclub reserves the right to monitor all comments and to remove any comments which can be considered inappropriate, offensive or causes breach of these Terms and Conditions. You warrant and represent that:

    • 7.1 You are entitled to post the Comments on our website and have all necessary licenses and consents to do so;
    • 7.2 The Comments do not invade any intellectual property right, including without limitation copyright, patent or trademark of any third party;
    • 7.3 The Comments do not contain any defamatory, libelous, offensive, indecent or otherwise unlawful material which is an invasion of privacy
    • 7.4 The Comments will not be used to solicit or promote business or custom or present commercial activities or unlawful activity.

  8. We may update and change our platform from time to time. We will try to give you reasonable notice of any changes that might affect you or the platform. We may change the platform:

  10. We may suspend, withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of the platform for business and operational reasons, such as when we need to carry out maintenance on the platform. If we do so, we will try to minimise any disruption that might be caused.

  11. The operating system and other requirements for use of the platform to work correctly may change from time to time.

  12. Foodclub is the service provider only. It does not have any external or internal responsibilities for the quality of the foods and services but foodclub can withdraw any of it partners from the list without any bindings or compensations.

  13. If there is any ongoing discount offered by the Partners and the discount percentage is higher than the member discount then either further discount should be added or the highest discount should be offered to the members.

  14. We are not responsible for any refund or any sort of claim by the members. Rather the partners are responsible for refund and addressing the claims.

  15. The influx of members are totally independent of their choice and Foodclub will not have any commitment to the partners.

  16. Partners have the right to change their discount percentages with a prior notice. We and our members must comply with the changes. However, they will not be allowed to change the discount percentages within same working day.

  17. Foodclub is not providing any guarantee for the fastness of the platform. Under no circumstances partners can make us responsible for any kind of loss or damage. It is expected that the platform might be disrupted by some unexpected errors.

  18. Members have 14 days of cooling off period. Within 14 days full refund will be issued if member would like to cancel the membership. After 14 days there will be no point of return and the member will not be able to change their profile photograph and name for 12 months. Member has to cancel the auto renewal option themselves. This membership is not transferable/exchangeable or altered.

  19. Member must have to show the digital membership card to the partners to get discount from the partners.

  20. Foodclub will have the right to cancel any membership with a formal notice by email.

  21. In case of any period of disruption due to maintenances of the platform, we will not be responsible for any compensation or damage. The members or partners will not be able to claim any compensation for the performance of the services.

  22. Members must comply with the agreement made between foodclub and their partners.

  23. It will be responsibility of members to claim their discounts and we will not take any responsibility under any circumstances.

  24. Foodclub is the web-service provider only, we do not execute any order ourself rather we process the order through the platform for the partners.

  25. The quality/taste of food will be confirmed by the partners themselves, therefore foodclub will not be responsible for those issues that related to the partners. If the members have any dispute or issues and would like to make any complaint then they should refer directly to the partners. Foodclub will not be responsible for any refund and hygiene issues.

  26. Member can only claim for one discount at a time through digital membership. They will not be able to claim anything else apart from what is mentioned by the partners on the platform.

  27. The payment methods are defined by the partners; we will not provide any guarantee of any specific method of preference. Member will be responsible to check partners method of payments before making any order.

  28. Foodclub will not be responsible for transaction fees or anything related to online payment made to partners’ website.

  29. We are operating in certain cities only. Members must check the list of operating cities in payment page before membership subscription.

  30. Foodclub preserve the right to unregister/unsubscribe/temporary inactive a partner or a member with a prior notice, if there is a breach of the above-mentioned terms and conditions.

  31. The Terms and Conditions may change or revise at any time. You must check this page from time to time. However, we will send a email to update you regarding the changes of terms and conditions.
